I wanted to share my personal experience with these herb drying rack hangers. I’ve used this system for years now and I just love it. I found a spot that isn’t in direct sun but has lots of air flow, I’ve gotten used to it being apart of my home Decor for a couple months or more each spring and summer. I love how simple this rack is to hang, very light weight and stores away nicely when I’m not using it.  I cut my herbs and go over each stem to be sure there is no rotten spots or bugs, some people wash them first but I find I don’t have to and prefer not to for optimum flavor and drying time. I also find better flavor if I pick in the early morning as the sun can affect this. Mother Nature has a beautiful way of protecting plants from The hot sun so I follow her advice on this one. Well maybe it’s science to some but either way it works. We now carry these lovely drying racks at the garden shop. If taken care of they last for years. Great for drying flowers and calendula, lavender etc... Happy gardening friends!
